1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another person who accessed your account with or without your permission.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 17jili support team immediately. 17jili will investigate and may temporarily freeze the account while doing so. 17jili is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and balances at 17jili are held in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). All funds deposited into your 17jili account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and possible account suspension.

  • 17jili does not accept cash deposits or transfers from anonymous sources.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
  • 17jili does not charge its own deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made in error — for example to the wrong account or in an incorrect amount — must be reported immediately. 17jili will make reasonable efforts to correct the error but cannot guarantee resolution in all cases.

5. Withdrawals

7. Betting Rules

Sports and esports bets placed at 17jili are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues and bet types are available in the Help section of the platform.

  • A bet is not confirmed until it appears in your bet history with a confirmed status. Pending bets that have not been confirmed — due to technical issues, odds changes, or system errors — are not valid.
  • Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Odds that change between viewing and confirming a bet will be updated on the bet slip before final submission.
  • 17jili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified and the stake refunded in full.
  • In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event. Any bets placed after the official result is known — due to data latency or technical errors — will be voided.
  • For accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. Where one selection in an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections are treated as a reduced accumulator.

8. Prohibited Conduct
